Through the Kaleidoscope

Go down

Through the Kaleidoscope Empty Through the Kaleidoscope

Post  mikeschultz on Wed Feb 29 2012, 07:03

sometimes the hint of something is enough
as in spices and our many vices
close your eyes all things in moderation
speak to me in clever riddles and rhyme
and like so many dead before our time
dulled minds and turned wines sedimentation
evidence of crumbling societies
do we dance all the while calling times bluff

some things are best left unsaid and alone
when more than a hint is laid out in print
novelist short story writer and poet
concerned with matters of God the pulpit
my thoughts so slow to come too quickly sprint
away right or wrong a hint then they’re gone
