U ... is for Under the pain that we hide
R ... is for Risking to show how we feel
V ... is for Violence towards abusers so real
I ... is for Inside, how hard we do cry
V ... is for Vengence, we want but won't try
O ... is for Outright, that we're not to blame
R ... is for Ridiculed and feeling the shame !
