The symbol of a butterfly:
would really like to know,
they seem to be around us
where ever we all go!

A child is slowly growing
in a tummy getting large,
and every where we seem to go
the butterfly's in charge.

We find them on her clothing,
mum's placed them on her walls,
dad even found a teddy bear
with a butterfly on its nose!

Maybe it's because we know,
a little girl she is,
and parents that are happy,
will give baby perfect bliss.

Oh little one, we can not wait
to cuddle and have fun
to give the butterfly kisses,
that were given to your mum.

Having a granddaughter . . . that is something that is now in my future - I hope. I can't wait to experience the feeling:-)
