wanglin' wolf..

Post  Lucie on Mon Jun 11 2012, 04:05

"Let me in !" cried the Wolf in a huff
"We've been playing too long..and it's rough"
"No! we won't let you in ,
By the hairs on our chin"
And with that, all three pigs they did laugh.

"Oh please let me in this 'ere door
This game is a real heffing bore.
I've run out of puff
And I've right had enough
Cos' me throat is all scratchy n'sore!"

But the Pig's in their house made of sticks
Enjoyed playing pranks and their tricks,
With one more up their sleeve
They weren't ready to leave
Nor give up, they were getting their kicks!

The Wolf close to tears now, tried pleading
No more puff left, he clawed until bleeding.
Till at last had a thought
To get into this fort
Is a huntsman -with AXE, I am needing!!
...( was this the best and only OPTION....?)

This poor wolf.....in desperate measure
Thoughts of chopped bacon.....such pleasure!
So to the woods, he did plan
To find an axe-wielding man
To assist him in getting his 'treasure'!

The huntsman. built like a centurion
With luck happened to be vegetarian!
And whats more loved to dance
With pigs! OH what chance!
(Animal jigs must be somewhat Hungarian?)

The Wolf watched as he swung that great axe
With his muscles, it took only two thwacks!
With the pigs still inside
They had nowhere to hide
And got bundled quite quick into sacks..

Little wolfie was a-dancin' with glee
he'd bagged up his dinner...all three
with a grin two mile long
he continued his song
with his 'bounty' all bagged for his tea!
